Event Planning
Planning fees based on the managed budget.
The percentage is calculated only on the event budget managed by Marvel Treats. Supplier and service-provider costs are separate from the event-planning fee.

What the percentage may cover
The managed budget may include catering, décor, photography and videography, entertainment, venue arrangements and suppliers managed by Marvel Treats.
Supplier and service-provider costs are charged separately from the planning fee.
Booking Terms
Clear terms before you book.
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance must be paid 72 hours before the event.
